The component and part touching with the food adopted stainless steel or handle specially, corresponding with food hygiene standard, safe and reliable, easy-to-use handling, clean convenienct. Apply to food processing industry, slaughterhouse, catering industry, canteen. The machine is used for frozen meat and normal temperature bone meat, but not for normal temperature non-bone meat.
